Characteristics and uses of acoustic panels

Acoustic panels are an ideal sound-absorbing decorative material. It has sound absorption, environmental protection, flame retardant, heat insulation, heat preservation, moisture-proof, mildew-proof, easy to remove dust, easy to cut, can be parquet, easy construction, good stability, good impact resistance, good independence, and has a rich variety of colors to choose from.             

 It is suitable for sound-absorbing textile factories and workshops with excessive noise standards, as well as sound-absorbing wall panels and ceiling panels of large public buildings in acoustic places such as recording studios, conference rooms, home film and television halls, and silent rooms.       

Wood sound absorption, composed of veneer, core material and sound absorbing felt, is divided into two types: grooved wood sound-absorbing board and hole wood sound-absorbing board, grooved wood sound-absorbing board and then grooved or perforated on the MDF or solid wood board, while the hole-wood sound-absorbing board has round holes on the front and back, and wooden sound-absorbing board is often used for wall and ceiling decoration.    

Some acoustic panels are equipped with a rubber layer, shock-absorbing materials or soundproof felts between two panels, which can improve the sound insulation effect to a certain extent in the short term, but the effect will decrease over time and the cost is very high. The sound insulation effect of high-quality acoustic panels is maintained for at least 50 years.

吸音板是一种理想的吸声装饰材料。具有吸音、环保、阻燃、隔热、保温、防潮、防霉变、易除尘、易切割、可拼花、施工简便、稳定性好、抗冲击能力好、独立性好，有丰富多种的颜色可供选择。             

 适用于录音室、会议室、家庭影视厅、静音室等声学场所的吸音纺织厂和噪声超标准的厂房以及大型公共建筑的吸声墙板、天花吊顶板。       

木质吸音，由饰面、芯材和吸音薄毡组成，分为槽木吸音板和孔木吸音板两种，槽木吸音板再密度板或实木板上开槽或穿孔，而孔木吸音板在正面和背面都有圆孔，木质吸音板常用于墙面和天花板装饰。    

一些吸音板在两块板之间安装橡胶层，减震材料或隔音毡等，在短期内可在一定程度提高隔音效果，但会随时间流逝效果降低，且造价很高。优质吸音板隔音效果至少保持50年以上。
